By providing your mobile phone number to Fast Lawn Solutions LLC, you consent to receive SMS text messages from us, including but not limited to appointment reminders, service updates, promotional offers, and customer service communications (collectively, the "SMS Program"). Message frequency may vary based on your interactions with us and scheduled services.
Opt-out instructions: You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send the SMS message STOP, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us, except as required for legal or transactional purposes (such as confirmations of your opt-out).

Carrier and message/data rates: Message and data rates may apply to any SMS messages sent to you from us and from you to us. You are responsible for any charges imposed by your mobile carrier for SMS usage. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery may be limited or unavailable in certain areas or with certain carriers, and we do not guarantee message delivery or timing.
Age requirement: By enrolling in our SMS Program or providing your mobile number, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive SMS messages at the provided number.
Fast Lawn Solutions LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor maintenance services as agreed between you and us from time to time. The specific scope of Services, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, fertilization, clean-up, or landscaping projects, will be described in your estimate, work order, proposal, or service agreement (collectively, the "Service Agreement"). Only the items expressly listed are included in the scope of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Estimates and changes: Any estimate we provide is based on the information available at the time and is not a guaranteed price unless explicitly stated as a fixed quote. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if site conditions, property size, access, or requested Services differ from what was originally disclosed or reasonably anticipated. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any material changes to the estimated cost before proceeding with additional work.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all amounts for Services are due and payable upon receipt of invoice. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to promptly update us if your billing information changes. We may accept various forms of payment as indicated on your invoice or Service Agreement.
Late payments: If payment is not received by the due date indicated on the invoice, we reserve the right to charge a late fee of up to the maximum amount permitted by applicable law or a reasonable service fee (for example, a flat late fee or a percentage of the unpaid balance) as specified on your invoice. We may also suspend or cancel future Services until all outstanding amounts and applicable fees are paid in full. You are responsible for any costs of collection we incur, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and collection agency fees, to the extent permitted by law.
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled Service visit, you agree to provide us with at least 24 hours’ advance notice. You may cancel or reschedule by phone, email, or SMS using the contact information provided below.
If you fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we may, in our sole discretion, charge a reasonable cancellation fee or a call-out fee to cover our time, travel, and scheduling costs. Repeated cancellations or rescheduling may result in changes to your service schedule or termination of Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fast Lawn Solutions LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Services or these Terms, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of profits, loss of data, property damage, or personal injury, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In all cases, our total aggregate liability for any claim or series of related claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will be strictly limited to the total amount you paid to Fast Lawn Solutions LLC for the specific Services giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information, including any information you provide through our website, over the phone, or via SMS, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
